The conclave had three lively and highly informative session s. The first being ‘Kickstarting your Business’ comprising speakers Mr. Samarjeet Singh, Director – Iksula, Mr. Yateesh Shrivastava, COO – Aegon Religare Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Raghu Khanna, CEO – CashUrDrive, Mr. Varun Sheth, Founder & CEO – Ketto.org gave wonderful insights. The speakers stressed the need for starting a business for the right reasons and only after giving considerable thought.
The second session ‘Sailing Through Rough Waters’ was addressed by Mr. Rajneel Kumar, VP & Business Head – Viacom 18, Mr. Akhilesh Pandya, Founder – Ginie on Call, Mr. Mudit Bhatnagar VP, – Itz Cash Card Ltd.
Motivating and mentoring the employees is one of the factors for making a business success. The participants in the third session ‘Making a Business Success’ were Mr. Vivek Bhargava, MD – iProspect, Mr. Nitin Mukadam, Mentor – LocalBanya.com, Mr. Anil Verma COO, – Delsey India.
Other highlights of the conclave were a session on New Age Branding by Dr. Nitin Parab, CEO – CrossLink International, Psychophysic Training for Sales & Marketing by Dr. Visswas Paanse and a session on Image branding and personal transformation by Ms. Minal Sujan, Founder – Image Maestros. Mr. S.K. Bal Palekar,Professor – marketing & Consultant spoke on Marketing & Sales. Dr. Pradip Chatterjjee, Director – Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies & Research spoke on Creating Tomorrows Game Changers.
The closing session was addressed by Mr. Shantany Bhadkamkar, Sr VP MACCIA who encouraged the attendees to take up entrepreneurship. This was followed by a vote of thanks by Mr. Gopalakrishnan R, Founder – YoungBizTimes.
